SGK in Japan
SGK Japan (formerly known as Schawk Japan) was established in 1999, when our current Japan Managing Director joined as a Printing Specialist for a global client's Japan operations. Since then, we have grown to have 60 staff in our Tokyo office, of whom close to half work onsite at our various clients' offices. Staff at the Tokyo office range from Packaging Designers, DTP Designers, Account Managers, Client Relationship Managers, Printing Specialists, and Digital Project Managers.

The majority of our staff are bilingual in English and Japanese, and we also have staff who are fluent in languages such as Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay. Our internal communications are mostly done in English, and many clients require us to use English for official communications also. Working at SGK feels like you're working overseas. 仕事内容

Job Description
- Facilitate and manage the relationship between our client and SGK by being the point of contact for all work requests and inquiries
- Delegate work requests from the client to our designers in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate with, and update, the client on project progress, timeline, and any issues that may arise
- Actively seek new business opportunities from the client
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services provided by SGK to the client
- Other duties as assigned

応募資格

Qualifications
- Business level English is a MUST (email and basic conversation)
- Native/Fluent level Japanese required (reading, writing, speaking- JLPT N1 level)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Overseas Sales, or Business Development
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills
- Be agile to flexible to evolving situations and tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred

勤務時間

Working Hours
9:30 ~ 18:30(8 hours)
※ Actual working hours may differ based on the client
※ You may be required to attend meetings with global clients/colleagues early in the morning or late at night
※ We are incorporating telework and reduced core working hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic
※ Overtime may increase during busy seasons

給 与

年俸 3,000,000円~5,500,000円
Annual Salary
